Each year, Memphis Civitan, with the support of its sponsors and 5k race participants, donates about $30,000 to deserving organizations such as Madonna Learning Center, Special Kids and Families, Livit Up, Harwood Center, West Tennessee Family Solutions, Special Olympics of Greater Memphis, Porter-Leath Foster Grandparents, the Civitan International Research Hospital, which research focuses on developmental disabilities.
